1. Skipping Sunscreen:

Failing to apply sunscreen exposes your skin to harmful UV rays, leading to the breakdown of collagen and elastin, which are essential for keeping your skin firm and youthful. Over time, this can result in premature aging signs like wrinkles, fine lines, and age spots. It’s vital to protect your skin by wearing sunscreen daily, even on cloudy days or during winter.


2. Unhealthy Diet:

Consuming a diet high in sugar, processed foods, and unhealthy fats can accelerate the aging process.
