Under the captaincy of Babar Azam, the team is set to take on hosts USA, along with Canada, Ireland, and India in the group stages of the T20 World Cup. The top two teams from the group will progress to the Super 8s stage.
Pakistan will kick off their campaign on June 6 against hosts USA at the Grand Prairie Stadium in Dallas. Subsequently, they will clash with India in their second match at the Nassau County Cricket Stadium in New York.
